School Council and Parent Association
All parents are invited to join the Lago Lindo School Council and Parent Association!

The Lago Lindo School Council is a structured group of parents, principals, teachers and community representatives who work together to effectively support and enhance student learning. We provide a method for members of the school community to consult with and offer advice to the principal and the school board. Our monthly School Council meetings include updates from the teachers and administration regarding student learning, activities, upcoming events and opportunities for parent involvement.

The Lago Lindo Parent Association is a fundraising group that meets immediately following the School Council meeting. Fundraising associations provide a means for parents and community members to provide additional financial resources and support to the school. At meetings, we plan fundraisers and fun events for the student body. The money raised through these smaller fundraisers help to fund things like holiday hot dog lunches, teacher appreciation gifts and more. Our next large casino fundraiser, which raises the bulk of our fundraising money (our last Casino raised over $80,000) will be scheduled in 2028. We spend all of this money directly on students, including funding field trips, library books, sensory items, winter concert lighting rentals, agendas, technology subscriptions and more!
